1. The festival is held rain or shine. No refunds will be granted. If you must leave
early, please contact the festival coordinator with the reason. Early,
unapproved
tear-downs are not permitted and may adversly affect any future participation.
2. Set up can begin at 8:00a.m. Please try to be ready for the public by 10:00a.m at the
latest. Exhibit times are 10:00am - 5:00pm Sat and 10:00am - 4:00pm Sun.
3. All spaces are 10' x 10'. All artwork must be inside your assigned space. Space
directly in front of your exhibit may be used for chairs, etc.
4. All items must be at least 50% HAND CRAFTED BY THE EXHIBITOR. The festival
committee reserves the right to ask exhibitors to remove products which do not
meet this guideline.
5. Artists selling prints must also be exhibiting representative original works.
6. All exhibitors are to MOVE IN, UNLOAD, AND MOVE OUT to the designated parking
area. Volunteers will assist in transporting your exhibit materials. After parking in
parking area, return and set up. Street parking is for visitors to the festival
only.
7. We ask that anyone exhibiting nudes use their discretion and be tasteful in your
selections.
8. We respectfully request that alcoholic beverages not be consumed at your exhibit
area.
9. Artists are responsible for collecting and reporting 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax.
10. EXHIBITORS PER 10' x 10' EXHIBIT AREA is limited to two. The cost per exhibitor
sharing exhibit space is $35.00 each. Area galleries may be allowed to exhibit as a
gallery, displaying the artwork of a variety of artists having met the following
requirements:
1. Work is approved by jury and jury fee is
paid for each artist intending to exhibit
2. That at least one original piece be on display
and for sale
3. That a $100.00 exhibit fee be paid for a standard
10' x 10' exhibit space
